Meditation is one of those magical health revolutions that is going to take over the world. There is no fixed technique to perform meditation. Meditation simply happens when you close your eyes and gently put your focus on your breath.

In Meditation, you don’t have to force yourself to think or to not think. Whatever happens, you just simply let it happen. In the beginning you will be bombarded with thoughts, so let it be. There is no fixed way of doing it & that’s why it’s so beautiful.

🧘‍♂️Sit down for 15 – 20 minutes and close your eyes, that’s the bare minimum you can do. You have a monkey brain, there’s no way you’ll be able to keep your mind empty there. There will be thoughts about your day, your worries. Let it flow.
